Shipping Policy – Superstudiodesignlab ApS & maxjenny!
Order Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom-made and special orders may require additional processing time, typically 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location:
Denmark & Sweden: 2-5 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
International: 10-15 business days
Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, GLS) with tracking available. Express shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to the carrier first. If the issue persists, contact our customer service, and we will assist you.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. For exchanges you must place a new order or contact customerservice@maxjenny.com to reserve an item. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Custom-made and special-order items are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
